Where can I find my orders info?
To view your order status, log into your account and go “My account“, in which you will see all the previous order information under “My orders” tab.
Can I still cancel my order if it has already been processed?
No, once the order has been processed & shipping out, you cannot cancel your order.
Do you offer Free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on US orders of $39 or more. Free shipping reflected at checkout. Does not apply to duties, taxes, and/or previously placed orders. Additional fees apply for express or overnight shipping, where available.
How long does delivery take?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of most products* for exchange or refund, less original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Original sales receipt must accompany your return. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage. For returns that show signs of use or are missing accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
